Our experience has shown that children age four and up will be able to take the greatest advantage from martial arts classes. Starting at age four, your child can participate in our trial lesson program, which allows our instructors to work with them one on one and evaluate their readiness for group classes. Our staff will then use their experience to recommend the best course of action for you and your child.
Martial arts are safe and fun for students of all ages and physical abilities. Classes are taught by expert instructors as students are shown techniques in a step-by-step manner at their own pace. A thorough stretching routine, matted flooring and protective safety equipment are all part of our commitment to ensuring student safety.
As much as you can! 4-5 times per week is ideal. If your schedule only allows 1 or 2 classes per week, commit to that, but the more you practice the greater the results. Pretty soon, it will be a habit and you’ll be coming every day!

Don’t worry about it! Yoga classes are designed to help you build flexibility and balance. We have classes for all ability levels, from beginning students to advanced practitioners. Also, our Yoga for Athletes class is specifically targeted at students who want to gain flexibility.
Yoga is not just a physical process instead it is also an emotive meditation. Take care not to have a heavy meal at least one hour before your session. If you can avoid using cell phone in studio or talking during the session, and while leaving the studio try to be quiet, then you will have a peaceful mind and soul to relax and enjoy.
